About Her Pelvic Health
Hi, I'm Bex! I'm a women's pelvic health physio, and I'm here to help you feel like you again, whether you're pregnant, recovering after birth (however long ago that was!), or going through menopause. Leaking, pelvic pain, prolapse worries or just "something doesn't feel right down there" are all really common, and you don't have to put up with them. My clinics in Bramhall and Northenden are relaxed and friendly, and nothing is too awkward to talk about. I have over 12 years experience helping hundreds of women navigate the different seasons of life, and I'd love to help you get back to doing the things you enjoy!
