We’re the largest independent group training facility in Altrincham. We’ve been running for over 10+ years. We’ve been running our mum and baby/postpartum classes for 7+ years. Our classes focus on the mum…..there are 1,000’s of classes for your baby…..but very little for the mum. That’s why we created this class.
